We’ll buy your property for cash, but that doesn’t mean you’ll get a handful of dollars! This means that your funds are fully secured at the time of closing, regardless of how quickly the closing occurs. These funds are managed by a real estate law firm or title company, and the funds are transferred to you as you wish.

We sure are! We understand that in many cases the owners have not seen their property. Our due diligence process covers most of the details we need to make a purchase decision. However, we appreciate any additional information that owners can provide us during this process.

As soon as the holding company can complete the paperwork! This process usually takes 30 days. Sometimes there are details that can delay the process, but the priority for everyone involved in the event is to finish as soon as possible.
